    Clarity and focus

    I didn’t know what I didn’t know, I’m more calm. Prepared to stop and think before reacting or responding. This change is observed since the beginning on 2024 when I started brain nutrition. A Healthy Brain is a functional brain. And, a more capable self.

    I've taken the Day Pack K for several months now and I continue to feel great. For me that means little to no worry and anxiety as well as little to no difficulty with concentration. Those are huge changes for me and I'm very appreciative.

    Convenient

    The day packs are convenient. Bringing costs down by selling bottles, or mailing 90 days or more at a time should be considered.

    Did the fish oil change?

    The fish oil seems like it may have changed, I’m now burping up a very strong fish flavor that wasn’t present before
